Abstract EN

The internet has positives and negatives on society, and one of its negatives is that it has become attracting groups that exploit it for heinous crimes committed against a vulnerable group, namely "children" ; as they are trafficked through sexual exploitation, and this study seeks to highlight the role of the international community in protecting this category from the exploitation of organized criminal groups, and transnational borders by concluding a set of international and regional conventions and treaties, which would reduce the high toll of child victims in this study, the analytical descriptive approach was used for the laws that criminalize the sexual exploitation of children in international law.

child sexual abuse is a human trafficking crime ; as it is considered one of the most dangerous, through which huge financial gains are achieved, and the child is considered a mere commodity.
