The emerging corona virus crisis showed how the fifth generation of communication can become one of the most important tools for facing crises and disasters that may sometimes exceed the ability of humans.

as china relied on connecting robots, drones and the internet to work with the fifth generation communications infrastructure, which enabled it to some extent, in addition to many technologically advanced countries, to try to curb the epidemic while providing services by activating remote work systems as much as possible and expanding the circle of services and economic activity.

thus, some countries were able to apply remote work systems by relying on unconventional technological tools, while also following traditional routine procedures.

however, unconventional tools in remote work remain the preserve of countries that have already been able to complete the process of smart digital transformation years ago, and have possessed digital infrastructure and artificial intelligence systems, and developing and poor countries that do not possess these tools have witnessed a severe weakness in remote work.
