The region of the Mediterranean basin has been the cradle of many civilizations such as Islam, Judaism and Christianity, it is located in the center of the world and is almost entirely enclosed, bordered by the coasts of Southern Europe, North Africa and Western Asia, a fact which makes it a vital region by excellency, this cultural richness has made it at the same time a region of science and knowledge and also a region full of civilizational and cultural conflicts.

this study aims to analyze the reality of civilizational conflict in the Mediterranean region, and among the results of this study recognizes, despite the real existence of this conflict, the dialogue between the different civilizations remains the best means as long as there are in this space more common values than conflicting ones.
