Abstract EN

This research aims to highlight one of the most fundamental human rights recognized by the international law of the foreigner in the host country's territory, it is the right to practice religious rites, as the practical aspect of freedom of belief.

Trough our study, it is shown how keen the Algerian legislator is to ensure that foreigner exercise this right transparently and without arbitrary restrictions, in accordance with legal controls that guarantee the privacy of the Algerian society, which condemns Islam and maintains public order and security, in keeping with Algeria's international obligations to protect human rights
