Fair business practices require business to be conducted in the form and legal requirements, ensuring that the interests of both parties involved in business processes are protected, in order to achieve economic objectives and create a competitive atmosphere among different economic customers, under the cover of free trade, competition, and in order to achieve an abundance of products and services and broad and safe consumer options.

However, such actions in their legal forms and requirements may not be achieved in certain circumstances and events, which prompts some economic dealers to take competitive methods and methods that appear in the form of monopolistic and other practices, ensuring that they profit in the non-framework of the principles of trade and competition.

This is what we are working to show, and how the legislator has addressed such practices that are harmful to the interests of the consumer and national economic security.
