Market economy system has imposed on the state to comply with the commitments of the principles of freedom of investments, trade and entrepreneuria by freeing the public sector and encouraging initiatives to establish economic projects and lifting restrictions and limitations on private investments the national and foreign ones as well.

And that's by granting officials in the economy sector the freedom of decision making in regards to production and investment as well as showing a sense of equality in treatment without any bias or discrimination.

The government's role is still considered central in structuring the economy and drawing the public policies with its different ways in public intervention to ensure an economic stability, the distributional justice and the influence on the law of supply and demand.
