Abstract AR
لقد زاد الاهتمام بمصطلح الأمن الغذائي في ظل التغيرات و التطورات و الاضطرابات التي تشهدها الساحة الدولية، كما أن قضية الأمن الغذائي تعتبر جوهرية لا يمكن تركها للظروف كون الأمن الغذائي أحد مقومات الأمن الاقتصادي لأي دولة من جهة و أهم ركائز الأمن الاجتماعي- الذي لا يمكن أن يتحقق إلا في ظل وضع معيشي لائق يظهر من خلال الوضع الغذائي الجيد-، لأن الدول المصدرة للغذاء تستعمل الغذاء كوسيلة للتأثير على الدول المستوردة له في النواحي الاقتصادية، السياسية و الاجتماعية.

Abstract EN
The importance of the food security has increased in light of the changes, developments and disturbances taking place in the international area.
The issue of food security is essential because it's one of the economic and social security components of any country, which can be achieved only in adequate standard of living.
The fact that Food-exporting countries use food as a means of influencing their economic, political and social countries.
