The digital environment is a modern field dominated by a technical nature that should be regulated, and if this field is also modern for the Algerian legislator, it is necessary to activate its laws in force, but it is necessary to limit the attacks that occur in this immaterial space, and the issue of attacking digital works is one of the most important issues Which highlights the contribution of legislation in the development of solutions that approximate the legal truth with the technical truth, as long as the field is not material but lies in a digital environment (the Internet) overshadowed by several technical and legal problems, so the digital work needs protection, whether it is on a physical or digital support These works may be the creation of one author or they may be the creation of a large number of authors.

The law guarantees legal protection for these works, as well as protection of the rights of their authors from any attack, especially if it is digital, This research paper is a forward-looking study of the digital work and the means of its legal protection, its types according to Algerian legislation, and the conditions for protecting it from digital abuse.
