This study aimed to identify the relationship of strategic leadership to support the knowledge sharing behavior of faculty members at the institute of economics, commercial and management sciences at the university center Abd elHafid Boussouf-Mila where the questionnnaire was used to collect data from the sampple members 45, and a set of statistical methods were relied on using the SPSS program to process and analyze the data.

the results of the study showed that there is a relationship for strategic leadership to support the knowledge sharing behavior of the faculty members of the institute under study, in addition to the presence of an high level of strategic leadership and a high level of knowledge sharing behavior in the institute.
