The study aims to highlight the impact of strategic capabilities by its dimensions: knowledge that creating value, the ability to generate and own resources, and used technology on excellent performance by its dimensions represented in leadership results, customer focus, human resources focus.

this study was conducted on a group of organizations in Tebessa state by a sample of 200.

the modeling method was used with the structural equation for strategic capabilities and excellent performance.

the study found that there is a statistically significant effect of strategic capabilities on excellent performance in studied organizations.

with the need to pay attention to intensifying training and development programs for human resources in order to raise the level of innovation and development.
