حاولنا، من خلال هذا المقال، توضيح منهجية التحليل الاستراتيجي لمؤسسة التامين عن طريق استعمال المصفوفات.
في الواقع استعملنا طريقة مجموعة بوسطن الاستشارية (BCG) للتحليل الاستراتيجي لمحفظة منتجات الشركة الجزائرية لتأمينات النقل (CAAT).
خلص التحليل إلى أن الشركة المعنية بالدراسة وباستعمال بيانات متعلقة بالفترة 2013-2019، لها محفظة متكونة من: ثلاث نقاط ميتة (تأمين السيارات وتأمين القروض، كلاهما في نمو مستقر بأقل مخاطرة وتأمين النقل في نمو غير مستقر مع درجة مخاطرة عالية).
ومن معضلتين هما: تأمين الحريق، الأخطار المتنوعة، التأمين الفلاحي في نمو مستقر.
Abstract EN
We tried, through this article, to clarify the methodology of the strategic analysis of the insurance institution through the use of matrices.
in fact, we used the Boston consulting group (BCG) method for the strategic analysis of the product portfolio of the Algerian company for transport insurance (CAAT).
the analysis concluded that the company concerned with the study and using data related to the period 2013-2019, has a well-formed portfolio from: three dead points (auto insurance and loan insurance, both in stable growth with less risk and transportation insurance in unstable growth with high risk).
and from two dilemmas: fire insurance and various risks, and agricultural insurance in a stable growth.
