Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the reality of applying quality management methods and standards in the university institution Mouloud Mamari-Tizi Ouzou-as a model, especially today after “excellence” has become the cornerstone of all universities, and the pursuit of quality through the application of a set of methods and standards which helps them to improve the performance of their tasks across the various parties, seeking to provide outputs compatible with the labor market, and on the other hand, so that it does not remain on the sidelines of international universities.

accordingly, this research paper adopted the descriptive and analytical approach by relying on the questionnaire form as a tool to collect data, then analyze and interpret, and arrive at a set of results and suggestions, the most important of which are : translate quality as a concept, slogan, and applications in the conduct of various aspects of the university's activities.

creating a prize as a basis for preparing and launching areas of competition and exploding the self-abilities of colleges in the university.

to translate the national vision of quality into legislation or binding instructions for the purpose of implementation, in line with the quality requirements
