Despite the divergent views on the use of armed action as a means of self-determination within the ranks of the national movement a conference was held on 15 and 16 February 1947 and included members of the people's party and the movement for the triumph of democratic freedoms as a result, it established the armed wing of the national movement known as the special organization the secret organization was structured to have cells and branches in all parts of the homeland.

one of its main goals is to form the first preparatory nucleus for the armed revolution.

the private organization did not receive sufficient attention in the historical writings, especially its branches and cells, we decided to study one of its active cells in the eastern region of Algeria, represented by the branch of the organization in the region of Oeud Zenati, by highlighting the organizational structure of the branch and its relationship with the discovery of the private organization following the disciplinary incident of what was termed the Tebessa incident.
