Abstract EN

This article is intended to examine the results of French intervention in Mali, which is a hotbed of tension in the Sahel region, because of internal conflicts between separatist groups and minorities and between the government, on the one hand, and coups d'état in the regime itself, on the other.

the Malian government has called on France to intervene in order to help it stop separatist groups from advancing throughout Mali, to restore the cities it has taken over and to protect individuals.

France has started training the Malian forces in order to achieve security in the region; however, human security is still in danger, and not all cities in the hands of separatist movements have been liberated.

the study found that during these years human security has not been achieved in Mali, but that military intervention has exacerbated the conflict and exacerbated the situation in Mali.
