During the eighteenth-century ad, the city of Oran witnessed many wars and battles with the Spaniards, and during that scholars and camp students played another jihadist role according to the prevailing war conditions, which is to give advice and instructions of a military nature to commanders and soldiers and direct them to what is safe for the army and to undermine the enemy.

in the following pages, we will try to capture and clarify the efforts of these scholars and students in the conquest of Oran II, especially since the great Bey Mohamed had relied on this group for the purpose of a long-term siege against the Spaniards.
