Through this study, we seek to explore some of the intellectual issues raised in Andalusia between Muslims and the Dhimma Jews and Christians who lived within the Umayyad caliphate and these issues are a reflection of the coexistence of the social groups and the resulting influence and influence as we tried to show the position of Andalusian scholars and its Maliki jurisprudence and the jurists of the virtual doctrine represented by Ibn Hazm al-Andalusi and those of various issues and ideological and doctrinal ideas that were the subject of controversy between Muslims and Dhimma people Jews and Christians raised some issues and suspicions about the Holy Quran, especially in the late Umayyad state.

the purpose of this study is to clarify and demonstrate the tolerance of the Umayyad state with the people of Dhimma by refuting the argument with argument and scientific evidence.
