Abstract EN

The day of discovering the genetic relations between languages such as Sanskrit Greek Latin represents a pivotal transition in the history of modern linguistics and an important turning point in the European linguistic studies in particular as well as the word in general.

In the context of this great discovery, linguists of the nineteenth century found a supportive land to make research in the Indo-European and other human languages.

This research came to show us a set of methods and principles which based on classification and profiling linguistic through it appeared families and different patterns of languages, this classification refer to two basic principles the systematic and the contextual one’s that were distributed to many principals among them the genetic, regional, geographical, ideological and synthetic classification.

all this classifications multiplied according to each linguist and his-her method in study.
