Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the impact of the strategic management on improving the performance in the petroleum refining company in Skikda, based on the descriptive analytical approach a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of workers, amounting to 300 workers, as was done using descriptive and inferential statistics methods to analyze the study and test its hypotheses using the SPSS program.

the results indicated that its value 65.1% of the changes in the level of performance improvement is due to the change in the level of application of strategic management operation, the company also faces a set of imbalances, especially in the process of formulating the strategy, this is what it must pay more attention to strategic management because of its great importance in the process of improving performance.
