This research studies the activation controls of electronic evidence in criminal proof, and aims to indicate the extent of the authority of the proof in electronic evidence, and to derive the general conditions for accepting electronic evidence through the foundations of proof.

It also aims to determine the criteria by which it is to decide accept or reject electronic evidence, and to indicate the limits of the judge's authority to activate or reject this type of evidence.
