The Salam contract is a type of term sale, which is the sale of something described in the seller’s custody at an accelerated price for a specified period, and it is one of the legitimate sales in Islamic jurisprudence, to facilitate people in their transactions, and it is a way to solve the problem of financial liquidity in financing projects in several areas, this is what this research paper focuses on it by clarifying the controls of this sale in Islamic jurisprudence, and the formulas for its application in contemporary transactions.
