Economic freedom represents the essence of the market economy, as it expresses the freedom of individuals to maximize their benefits without prior restrictions.

The study seeks to show the relationship between economic freedom represented in governmental integrity as well as both financial and monetary freedom on economic growth in Algeria, based on the standard approach and using ARDL model, and the study concluded that there is a significant negative effect of government integrity on growth, while the effect of both financial and monetary freedom was positive on economic growth in Algeria.
