Abstract EN

This research paper aims to show the reality of business incubators in supporting and accompanying small and medium enterprises in Algeria, especially since many of these enterprises suffer in their infancy from several problems.

Advance the sector of small and medium enterprises so that they are able to adapt to their external environment and its developments.

In our study, we have relied on the descriptive analytical approach by describing and analyzing the reality of Algerian business incubators and how they accompany and support small and medium enterprises.

We have concluded that business incubators in Algeria are considered one of the main pillars for the success of small and medium enterprises by supporting and accompanying them and transforming the ideas of their owners into successful projects.

Among the obstacles to its growth is the lack of coordination between the various development agencies, including: universities, research institutions, executive bodies and small and medium enterprises.

That is why its role must be strengthened further to support innovators and entrepreneurs to launch their institutions
