Abstract EN

The objective of research is to assess the independance of the Commission for Electricity and Gas Regulation in Algerian law organically and functionally, where i relied on the textual analysis of law and regulatory texts for Electricity and Gas section.

Thus, i have come up with relative independance of the Commission for Electricity and Gas Regulation as well as highlighting its dependance to executive authority, consisting in the Minister for Energy and Mines, both organically or functionally, which is contrary to the assessment's objectives.
