This topic discusses the most important legal problems of the right to privacy in light of the media practice associated with the digital environment, and in an international environment that has transformed the subject of "freedom of expression" into a doctrine that today constitutes the cornerstone of creating an appropriate political environment to achieve minimum levels of good governance.

This topic is also gaining importance through the wide spread of modern means of communication, whose association with the media has constituted a wide spread of information, which made the right to privacy vulnerable to violation and abuse.
