تماشيا مع التطور التكنولوجي المتلاحق و المتسارع و الذي كانت له مؤخرا آثار على الأمن و النظام الجزائري و لأن المنظومة الحالية لم تقف حائلا دون التصدي لمخاطره، عمد المشرع إلى إنشاء قطب جزائي وطني مكلف بمكافحة الجرائم السيبريالية أو كما يسميها المشرع الجزائري الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات الإعلام و الاتصال، فهي جرائم تمس الفرد أو المجتمع و كذا مساسها بالدولة و لكن بوسائل و برامج و تطبيقات تكنولوجية حديثة
Abstract EN
In line with the successive and accelerating technological development associated with it, which had implications for the Algerian security and system, and which the current system did not stand in the way of addressing its risks, the legislator deliberately set up a national penal pole charged with combating cyber crimes, or as the Algerian legislator calls it, crimes related to information and communication technologies, which are crimes It affects the individual or society, and the last of them affects the state, but by modern technological means.
