considering the great importance that Reform of bankruptcy provisions in Algeria may have in improving the business environment and paving the way for investment-stimulating conditions; This study seeks to shed light on the reality of bankruptcy provisions in Algeria with its classic view by identifying the mechanisms of their activation and standing on the manifestations of their limitations in the light of the third book of the Algerian Commercial Law, then search for the most important pillars on which the new trends were based in modern bankruptcy laws by standing on some Foreign laws (American, French) and Arab (Tunisian, Moroccan, Saudi), So it's like prospects for amending bankruptcy provisions in Algeria.
