Abstract EN

: Through this study, we aim to address an important principle of the protection of coastal areas in various components, which is the principle of sustainable development, and we will single out this study for the element of wetlands stationed at the coastal level and present them in a simplified legal capacity, to see how much the Algerian legislator is interested in them in various aspects, given the importance of these areas to Algeria in order to reduce the problems affecting them and hindering their permanence, We have concluded with a set of findings and proposals, mostly focused on activating and enshrining this important type of principle of wetland protection as an effective preventive principle to protect the coast primarily from the various damages and dangers it faces.
