The research aims to develop a clear vision about the investment of the Waqf, and to preserve it based on the question of the Year of the Prophet ( peace be upon him), where I touched on the realization of the issue of the development of the Waqf and the extent of its legitimacy and its usefulness in achieving the permanence of the waqf and the interests of the detainee, while recalling the Moroccan experience in this, and I tried to know the most important efforts that have been made in order to develop the waqf and invest it and spread awareness among Muslims thanks to the waqf and its benefits and dimensions, and the great role it has played in building Islamic civilization, Providing social and health care to Muslims, promoting education and caring for scientists and students of science, and efforts to develop endowment systems, management methods and investment of their funds.

The comprehensive development sought by the Islamic nation can succeed if it raises awareness among its peoples of the importance of stopping charitable and social work and allows society and good people to bear part of the burden of social services.
