Abstract EN

This research is entitled: Jurisprudential Distresses Related to Epidemics in the Chapter of Financial Transactions.

It was interested in clarifying a group of jurisprudential Distresses in the field of financial transactions, which may be exposed to humans when the epidemic spread, that many of them spread with the outbreak of the Corona epidemic.

I chose to research in the (Transactions) section.

The issues raised and expected Distresses were presented and studied.

I adhered to the (inductive) approach, then the (descriptive) approach, then the (analytical) approach, then the (deductive) approach.

The purpose of the research is to clarify the juridical rules for many emerging issues related to epidemics.

I have divided this research into: an introduction, an introductory study, two chapters, and a conclusion.

In the introductory study: I mentioned the definition of the research title vocabulary.

In the first chapter: it was about sales and contracts rules and the issues involved in that, e.g.: the Conducts of the patient with an epidemic that is could be cured in contracts, and the sales rules of a patient with death illness.

Then the insolvency rules in contracts, such as: the inability to implement the agreed upon in the contracts due to the conditions of the epidemic, the situation of the pandemics in what was contracted, the change in the value of currencies as a result of the conditions of the epidemic such as Corona and the Command of resorting to the usurious loan because of the difficult situation.

It did not only include Distresses in the leasing contract but also the Command of monopoly in the period of Distresses.

As for the second chapter: it was about the second type of contracts, which are donation contracts, such as endowments, wills and donations.

In the conclusion I clarified the most important results and recommendations, then I mentioned the sources, references and index.
