Abstract EN

The Algerian woman is moving towards paid professional work and breaking into severalprofessional fields mainly health sector.

She has become very ambitious and constantly seekssenior positions and advancement in the professional career, which represents the mechanismof professional mobility that allows her to move dynamically in the career ladder.

This is thesubject of our study which tries to uncover forms and mechanisms and various factorsunderling woman's professional mobility in this sector.

We relied on the descriptive andanalytical approach to suit the nature of the study, and the use of questionnaire andComprehensive survey of the research community in order to test two basic hypotheses whichthe results of the study confirmed.

Both the economic and social factors have an effective rolein the process of professional mobility of the working woman in the health sector.
