The idiosyncratic term consists of two parts: one is the verbal symbol that, if mentioned, brings the specific jurisprudential meaning associated with it, and the other is the declarative sentence or sentences defining the concept.

Linguists have taken semantic means to reveal the meaning of the term, while the terminologists say that revealing its meaning is determined by the properties of the concept.

What it expresses, and the relations that exist between this concept and other concepts within the system of the scientific field to which it belongs, and since the term jurisprudence in part was based on the Sunnahs of Arabic, it must be subject to linguistic research methods and theories, and the phenomenon of verbal participation is one of the phenomena dealt with by those theories and curriculum.
