تعتبر العلاقات السياسية الجزائرية المغربية مهمة كونها تملك جذورا تاريخية فهي نتيجة مجموعة من العوامل التاريخية، و التي ستبرز في مطلع القرن 16 م بشكل واضح خاصة بعد ظهور الدولة العثمانية كقوة بارزة على الساحة الدولية و ارتباط الجزائر بها كإيالة، لتصبح طرفا فاعلا في العلاقة الجزائرية المغربية وذلك كون أن المغرب الأقصى ظل البلد العربي الوحيد الذي لم يدخل تحت لواء الدولة العثمانية، هذا الأمر الذي نتج عنه توتر و تنافس و صراع بين الطرفين، رغم وجود تقارب ديني و مذهبي و انتماؤهما الى المذهب السني و امكانية حدوث تحالف بينهما ضد الخطر المسيحي، الا أن الأمر كان عكس ذلك بل و ازداد الصراع على أشده، و كان محور الخلاف حول السلطة الروحية و أحقية الخلافة و قيادة العالم الاسلامي
Abstract EN
The Algerian-Moroccan political relationships are important because they have historical links.
A group of historical factors that will stand out clearly in the 16th century, especially during the outcrop of the Ottoman Empire as a leading force on the international level.
The association of Algeria with it as a mechanism in order to become an effective part in the Algerian-Moroccan relation this is because the Far-Morocco is the only Arab country which did not enter the banner of the Ottoman Empire.
It caused a tension, a competition and conflicts between them.
Although there is a religious and a doctrinal convergence its belonging to the Sunni sect is the possibility for an alliance between them against Christianity.
Except that the opposite happened, the conflict has even intensified; the center of disagreement was about spiritual authority, the legitimacy of the Caliphate and the governance of the Islamic world
