Algeria’s local history is of a great importance, as documents and local sources that me limited in their temporal, and spatial dimains provide the possibility of investigating the events and facts that to bery experienced for the various regions of the country, revealing the reality of their activities and studying in depth the study of various political, military, social developments they have experienced.

However, historical and intellectual studies with their approaches related to the history of Er-rachidi society during the 19th century face many difficulties and obstacles, but what is saddening is that those who for example want to research the history of certain personalities, families, tribes, or in a field of different fields(political, economic, social, cultural) often find themselves obliged to resort to French foreign sources in particular, such as that written by some French travelers and military commanders on Hachem tribes for example in the African magazine.
