The researcher began his research by talking about the family kinship which is one of the first Islamic principles, and one of the most prominent features of Islam.

Family kinship has multiple types and the ruling of its connection varies according to its type.

The connection is achieved in many ways, including visiting, greetings, smiling, supplication and getting away from harm.

To achieve this kinship and not falling into the sin of estrangement, you should do what is possible of good and repel what is possible from evil according to one's ability.

In achieving the connection of the kinship, it is considered the householder and the visitor, the customs and traditions, the difference in ability and need, some of which are obligatory and some are desirable.

The researcher also talked about a number of jurisprudence rulings that clearly indicate Islam's care for the family kinship, like presenting alms to those kinship which not obligatory for them, the obligation of maintenance for the poor who is unable to earn, preferring them in guardianship and giving someone who has no right to inherit.

Giving them priority over the treasury and consider it as a gift.

Making a will to those who do not inherit and giving precedence to the kinship in washing the dead, praying over him and burying him.
