Abstract EN

The IUD is one of the most important and most prevalent health methods, where there is a lot of confusion in the length of menstruation, because of the use of many women who want to determine the offspring of the IUD, and I wanted to clarify the effect of using the IUD in many of the rulings shedding blood during prayer, fasting, and i`tikaf, and explaining its effect on the use of the rulings of sterilization or intercourse.

In preparing this research, I relied on the inductive and analytical approach to show some legal rulings related to the blood of the hemorrhage of the spiral in the books of medicine, jurisprudence, and its origins, and mentioned the views of the four schools, and some other schools of thought, such as the Zahiriyya, Zaidi, and Imami, and I balanced them and weighted them.

The research reached some of results, including: It is permissible to use the coil in the current days due to the large number of common diseases.

Among the women, and the Companions, may God be pleased with them, used isolation during the reign of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and for whom the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade them, which indicates the permissibility of the use of the IUD, and that IUDs do not prevent the menstruation, and that intercourse between men and women is prohibited during the use of the IUD at other than the time of menstruation, and that blood is completely applied to the use of the month.
