This research deals with the statement of the ruling on dealing with bank cards and reviewed the definition of the cards and their importance and economic feasibility and who has the right to issue them and their types with different considerations and focused on their types considering the nature of the contract in them and concluded that there are three types which are immediate discount cards, and the deferred discount card And the revolving credit card, and it dealt with the most important differences between these three types, and it also dealt with the ruling that some cards' contracts include the condition of paying a late fine, then he reviewed the parties dealing with bank cards and adapting the relations between them, as well as the ruling on amounts deducted from the merchant in the three kinds of cards, as well as the Ruling on buying gold, silver and currencies with bank cards.

The research concluded that the card is a new type of cash transaction that achieves many advantages and economic benefits, as it is not based on one type or system, but rather its systems are multiple and its issues are intertwined.

It also concluded that the immediate deduction card has nothing wrong with taking advantage of it according to Shariah, as it is a card within the limits The customer's deposited balance in the bank, as well as there is nothing wrong with dealing with the term debit card, provided that the customer is careful and pays on time, and there is no objection in Islamic law for Islamic banks to issue this type of cards and it includes the condition of paying the delay fine when the customer is late in paying on time.

That these sums be directed to the charitable fund and help the needy, and not deposited in the account of the depositors, in order to avoid controversy and to avoid what may be suspicious.

As for the revolving credit card, it is a usurious card and it is not permissible to deal with it according to sharee'ah.

He also concluded that there is no objection to buying gold, silver or currencies with the immediate debit and deferred debit card, but the revolving credit card is not permissible.
