The research aims to indicate how long the soul is blown into the fetus according to the prophetic year, and what contemporary medicine says in the stages of fetal development, and has followed in this research the inductive approach, the analytical approach and the method of inference in the statement of the faces of semantics of different texts and their understanding in the light of each other, The research has reached several conclusions, the most important of which is: it is likely that the researcher is likely to say that it is haraam to abort the fetus before blowing the soul in it except for an excuse from the right to harm the fetus, or the mother even if it does not reach death, and it is fixed in Islam to understand the belief in the light of determinism, knowing that there is nothing in the Shariah that can be called conflict between determinists, religion does not violate science in anything if this science becomes a constant fact, not just experiments and jurisprudence, The researcher is also likely to say that the breath of the soul is after the first 40 days, and is not delayed to 120 days, as indicated by the hadith of The Hadifa, after the possibility of reconciling the texts.
