Abstract EN

The study focuses on the rule of allocating the undivided endowed property and its contemporary applications.

It falls into an introduction, preface, two sections and a conclusion.

The first section deals with the ruling of allocating the undivided endowed property.

The second discusses the contemporary applications of the undivided endowed property.

The study followed the comparative, descriptive, inductive approach in collecting the sayings of the scholars on the issue, with mentioning the evidence, and discussing them to reach the most right among them.

The study is, then, rounded off with a conclusion that includes the most important findings: the permissibility of allocating the endowed property whether it is divisible or not; the permissibility of shares that can be benefited from in a permissible manner, and the legal instruments that are permissible to be circulated according to Islamic Law.

The impermissibility to allocate the endowed bonds that represent a commitment to be paid off with an attributable or conditional interest since it is considered usury; whether they are private, public or governmental.
