The protection and conservation aims to use the manuscript heritage by inventorying, counting, indexing and then extracting and publishing are undoubtedly considered an important area for academics and researchers.

In particular indexing, an operation to prepare the essential material of the manuscript heritage, this process is a description and complete technical configuration of the manuscripts.

This operation provides a global and clear image of the various scientific subjects of the manuscript, such as the title, the author, the author's year of death, the number of his volumes and pages, rule, name of his scribe, date of copy, place , font type, titles, licenses attached, location, presentation of documents of the name of the manuscript and its owner, as well as other useful information about the manuscript.

In summary, indexing provides data on the content of the manuscript, on its physical form.

Admittedly, there are manuscripts in our heritage that have not yet been processed or listed, in this study we have chosen the Treasury of the National Office for the Management and Exploitation of Protected Cultural Assets of Tlemcen to present it, inventory it and list these Heritage property.

As a subject of study we will index, extract and publish religious manuscripts of jurisprudence, hadith, and other religious manuscripts.
