This article aims to trace the biography of Frantz Fanon, from his birth in the French Martinique Islands until he became one of the most important anti-colonial thinkers and philosophers of the day, where he employed psychology in the interpretation of one of the most prominent phenomena of international relations, which is the colonial phenomenon, especially since he lived His last years in Algeria, as a psychiatrist in the Blida hospital, an experience that allowed to analyze the relationship of the colonized with the colonized, based on his definition of colonialism as a "neurotic state" that had a profound effect on the psyche of the colonizer and the colonized at the same time.
