شهدت المؤسسة الجزائرية توجها كبيرا نحو الخدامة الإلكترونية عبر مختلف القطاعات و الهياكل، و يهدف بحثنا هذا إلى دراسة فاعلية العمل الالكتروني في ظل تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات، وذلك من خلال التطرق الى نشاط الدفع و السحب الالكتروني في المؤسسة الجزائرية، و إعتمدنا في ذلك على احصائيات مجمع الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية (GIE Monétique).
و خلصت دراستنا إلى وجود فاعلية و تجاوب كبير في الإستخدام الإلكتروني من قبل هذه المؤسسة، مثل الانترنت و عديد الوسائل الأخرى، و هو ما يجب تعميمه على باقي المؤسسات الوطنية، بهدف تعزيز الاقتصاد الرقمي في الجزائر، و تحسين الاداء و التقدم، و توصي دراستنا بضرورة اتخاذ التدابير الضرورية من قبل المؤسسة الجزائرية و حتى الأفراد من أجل مسايرة العصرنة، و غرس ثقافة التعامل إلكترونيا لديه
Abstract EN
The Algerian Foundation has seen a major trend towards electronic service across different ectors and structures.
Our research is aimed at studying the effectiveness of electronic work nder information and communication technology (ICT), by addressing the payment and e-cloud activity of the Algerian Foundation (GIE Monétique).
Our study concluded that there is considerable effectiveness and responsiveness in the electronic use of this institution, such as the Internet and many other means, which must be disseminated to other national institutions, with a view to strengthening Algeria's digital economy and improving performance and progress.
