The rules of legal thought tend to indicate that the wrong medical diagnosis in times of epidemics and emerging infectious diseases such as the coronavirus or the Corona COVID 19 pandemic leads to the criminal responsibility of the doctor and is more confirmed in exceptional epidemiological circumstances, so the doctor must deal with the patient with corona within the framework of the principles and the rules of professional ethics and he shall abide by technical rules that must be observed in the practice that exposes him to the penal, civil and disciplinary issue, as a wrong or late medical diagnosis or deliberate negligence in the precautions and health protocols is synonymous with a drug resulting from a late wrong diagnosis that leads to death, so there is no correct treatment unless prompt correct diagnosis in order to preserve the human soul.
