The application of certain principles of international such as the principle of reciprocity or the conventions application of support rules and compensatory procedures for developing countries, or those relating to commercial aspects of intellectual property rights-has produced many legal problems, which are essentially centred on the imbalance of the legal positions of the parties to the contractual relationship, because the competitiveness of oil-producing and consuming states often leads to the primacy of effective equality at the expense of legal equality, in the form of a unified legal system that is applied abstractly and impartially to all oil-producing and consuming countries to ensure equality between them.

the first shows the impact of the “international oil marketing contract”, and “pricing mechanisms” on the principle of equality, and the second highlights the relative submission of oil to the provisions of the world trade organization to perpetuate inequality between producers and consumers.
