Electronic incitement to suicide is one of the most important electronic crimes that have not been studied and analyzed, despite its spread across a wide range in the Arab and western world in the past period, it was committed by electronic games that turned from a means of entertainment and fun into deadly games targeting its children and adolescent players and inciting them to commit suicide in its worst form.

although the various criminal legislations have tried to create special legal texts to confront cyber crime in its various forms and descriptions, however, these laws have not been able to limit the spread of the phenomenon, nor have they been able to deter perpetrators of electronic incitement to commit suicide in particular due to a number of legal difficulties, perhaps the most prominent of which is the description of the characteristic criminalization for this incitement act in the penal code, and other practical difficulties in the process of preventing crimes that take place through electronic media.
