Given the tremendous development in the field of modern information and communication technologies, especially in the field of the emergence of satellites, satellite broadcasting services have become the most important means to satisfy the individual's endless need for knowledge and to deliver audio and visual broadcasts to the public, and given the importance of the contract of satellite broadcasting in communication between different peoples on the one hand and the legal problems that it is particularly raised by what is related to it by defining its concept and the specificity of its legal nature, which the study seeks to shed light on in light of the legal texts in force in regulating its provisions, especially law 18-04 related to mail and electronic communications, as well as executive decree 16-222 related to the rules imposed on a television or radio broadcasting service.
