Abstract EN

In light of international changes, research developments, and an understanding of the nature of the difficulties facing the concept of sovereignty, and in the context of international and regional transformations and changes, and the emergence of a phenomenon that impedes the national sovereignty of states, the research problem lies: in explaining the role, effectiveness and phenomenon of globalization in its contemporary concept in influencing national sovereignty.

this article is about the concept of sovereignty according to the classic realist concept.

it is the first actor in international relations.

with the ongoing developments in the technical and scientific field and technological development, the research aims: to study and spread the concept of national sovereignty and to move away from everything that would offend society and prejudice the rights of its members, in light of the influence of globalization and its institutions, in many of the functions that are within the jurisdiction of the state.

assign it; among these are national or non- national institutions, non-governmental organizations, governmental organizations, globalization, terrorism, organized crime, and money laundering.

so our approach was: inductive research.

one of the most prominent results of this research: that the observer of events may see that the world has become in light of the media, communications and the technological revolution, especially the internet, has become a small village, and this has affected in one way or another on sovereignty, which made it a conflict zone within the one state, so it became affected internationally, it largely depends on the form in which sovereignty is exercised within it, through direct or indirect interventions, and this jeopardizes the prospects of sovereignty and the future of sovereignty, by creating a new concept for it that preserves the pillars of the state, its survival and continuity, because sovereignty and the state are interconnected, complementary and two sides of the same coin.
