تم رفع صناعة الأدوية الجزائرية إلى مرتبة الأولوية الوطنية و تم تحديد البحث و التطوير و الابتكار على أنهما الدافعان الرئيسيان لخلق القيمة و التنمية.
بناء على تحليل المحتوى الذي تكمله الاستطلاعات التي أجريت في هذا المجال في 2015 و 2017 و 2020، تهدف هذه المقالة إلى فحص الاستجابات و المبتكرة التي قدمتها كل من الشركات و الدولة لدعم الابتكار في هذه الصناعة.
تظهر النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها أن الروافع الإستراتيجية متعددة وهي جزء من منظور الإدارة الفعالة للاحتياجات الصحية للسكان.
لكن هذه الاستجابات المبتكرة التي تم تقديمها لدعم الابتكار، في الوقت الحالي، لم تعدل حقا إمكانية الابتكار في هذه الصناعة
Abstract EN
The Algerian pharmaceutical industry is elevated to the rank of national priority and R&D and innovation are identified as the two major vectors of value creation and development.
Based on content analysis complemented by field surveys conducted in 2015, 2017 and 2020, this paper aims to examine the strategic and innovative responses brought by both companies and the state to support innovation in this industry.
The results obtained show that the strategic levers are plural and are part of a perspective of efficient management of the population's health needs.
But these innovative responses to support innovation have not, for the moment, really changed the innovation's potential in this industry.

L'industrie pharmaceutique algérienne est élevée au rang de priorité nationale et la R&D et l'innovation sont identifiés comme les deux vecteurs majeurs de création de valeur et de développement.
À partir de l'analyse de contenu complétée par des enquêtes réalisées sur le terrain en 2015, 2017 et 2020, cet article se propose d'examiner les réponses novatrices amenées à la fois par les entreprises et par l'État pour soutenir l'innovation dans cette industrie.
Les résultats obtenus montrent que les leviers stratégiques sont pluriels et s'inscrivent dans une perspective de prise en charge efficiente des besoins de santé de la population.
Mais ces réponses novatrices amenées pour soutenir l'innovation n'ont pas, pour le moment, véritablement modifié le potentiel d'innovation dans cette industrie.
