Abstract EN

The study aims to highlight on financial governance as one of the important administrative methods used at the governmental level, and track its impact on economic development in third world countries; which are often described as weak in adopting the dimensions of governance.

Based on the Benchmarking method, where presented the experiences of some leading countries in the field such as Singapore and Rwanda, the results of the study showed the importance of adopting the dimensions of financial governance (control systems, accountability and transparency) in achieving economic development in Algeria.

This research paper aims at highlighting one of the important methods in the management of states and governments, and which concern smainly the financial governance and its positive impact in creating economic development within countries, especially the third world ones, which are considered as weak in terms of adopting control systems, accountability and transparency.

Therefore, through this study, we are going to focus on showing the importance of Algeria's adoption of the financial governance method and its impact in creating economic development in the light of the pioneering international experiences.

The experience of Singapore, Rwanda is a good example.
