This research deals with the study of "the impact of the corona virus on jurisprudential rulings", and the study concluded the following results: It considers the corona virus as one of the pathological catastrophes of this age due to its occurrence and its need for a legal ruling.

- The discussion of this calamity by scholars and specialists and the deduction of the correct jurisprudential ruling for it is one of the purposes of the noble Islamic Sharia.
