The research aims to investigate the issue of caring for people with disabilities from the blind and the lame (those with special needs), using a scientific-analytical investigation method, during the Islamic era until the end of the Umayyad era (132 AH / 750 AD), Addressing the talk about the people with disabilities and the view of the Ghaslami society towards them in the era of research, and how Islamic societies and countries dealt with that special group, and how they took the lead in setting general rules to contain them and open up the fields of political and civilized participation for them.

Until they wrote the sheets of political and civilized glory in the era of research and throughout the successive Islamic eras, and the research ended with the results and recommendations reached by the researcher, which would root the rules of care and care for that special category.

And the motivation of people with disabilities towards serious, real and realistic participation in various areas of life available as their ancestors in the Islamic eras, and the research concluded with a statement of its most important sources and references.
